Free Trial and First Setup

To let you test our service and prepare your device before buying, we offer a 72-hour free trial for any IPTV package. You can also add more packages at no cost during this time.

We strongly recommend reviewing the help sections for your Smart TV, TV Box or another device before taking the free trial. A re-trial is not provided.

How to obtain a free trial?

After activating your account, a window for selecting a free trial will appear on the main billing page.

After selecting the desired pack and clicking the "Get Free Test" button, you will receive free access to the channels you’d chosen for 72 hours.

To start the setup, click on the "Playlist Settings" button

In the upper part of the page, select your device for television watching. For example, TV Box > Android Box

Choose any of the players, for example, TiviMate (marked with an arrow)

In the opened window, you will find everything needed to set up your TV. For your convenience, we've labeled the most important aspects using numbers:

 

  • Full setup description (1) - If you're setting up your TV for the first time and haven't installed any players before, open the full guide and use it for setup.
  • Auto-updated playlist (2) - For most players, simply inserting the link to the auto-updated playlist is enough to start watching. Your playlist with the trial or purchased pack can be found in this field.
  • EPG (3) - This is a link to the Electronic Program Guide. You also need to enter it in the corresponding field in the player so that you always have the current and future programs displayed for each channel.

Follow the instructions, and you'll succeed! If you encounter setup problems, reach out to our technical support, and they'll assist you!

 

Limitations

 

During the test, you cannot use multiple IP addresses for watching. However, watching from multiple devices with a single IP is allowed.

Re-signing up a user and taking the test with a new login is prohibited. Such attempts are automatically tracked by the system, and watching is blocked.

If you have purchased a pack or currently have one and you attempt to use the test, your viewing will be blocked.

The test is provided once per user. If there's a stoppage of the test for any reason (whether you stopped it or our system did), a retest cannot be issued.
