Automatic order renewal

For all users, the option of automatic order renewal is available by default. With a sufficient balance, your order will be automatically extended for 1 month. After a successful renewal procedure, you will receive an email with a report of the operation.

If there are not enough funds on your balance to extend for 1 month, your order will be automatically extended for 3 days. This will continue until your balance is depleted. During the last 3-day extension, you will receive an email indicating the inability to extend the subscription due to insufficient funds.

All processes related to automatic order renewal start 3 days before the subscription's expiration date. This is done to notify you of any balance shortage and give you time to top up your balance and extend the subscription without interrupting your watching experience.
