S3 E3 Officers are called to a Grimsby pub when two visiting businessmen are left with serious facial injuries after being assaulted on a work night out. The situation soon escalates when a large crowd of bystanders violently intervenes as the police try to make an arrest. The main culprit is identified and arrested, but claims self-defence, while two others are taken in for their part in attacking police in the street disturbance. Humberside detectives have to try to separate the truth from the lies, hoping CCTV footage can help them challenge the suspects' version of events.

In Northumberland, PC Jan Simlesa is patrolling the morning commute when a vehicle linked to drugs passes right by him, so he quickly spins around and stops it, discovering a driver dressed in his pyjamas and dressing gown nipping out for breakfast.

With a number of successful businesses under his belt, Adam now travels round the world, interviewing the great and the good from showbusiness, sport and business, including the likes of John Travolta, 50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather, sharing their stories of success with clients who are willing to pay Adam thousands for the inside track. Kiptieu fled war-torn Sierra Leone and is a widow bringing up her three daughters in a two-bedroom ground-floor flat. Kiptieu also recently lost her job because of the Covid-19 pandemic, so the family budget is tighter than ever.
